TRACK YOUR ORDER:
If you place your order online or make sure you give your email address to our customer service department when you call in your order, you will now start to receive an email directly from us the day your order is actually shipped. If your order is shipped via UPS you will also receive the tracking number in your email. To track your shipment enter the number in the box below and click track.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards on all internet, phone, and mail orders.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All merchandise returned must be shipped prepaid. Please call before shipping to obtain a return authorization number. Most items can be sent first class through the Post Office. For larger items being sent via UPS, our physical address is 2104 Beloit Ave, Janesville, WI 53546.

We ship most packages via the United States Post office for international customers. Customers will be billed the actual rate, which depends upon the weight of the shipment and size of the shipment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Wisconsin residents add 5½% sales tax.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return unused item(s) within 30 days (shipping charges not refundable). A 20% restocking fee may apply. All sales are final on patterns. Please remember to call first for a return authorization number. Your satisfaction is our goal.
